Towards Boston. From Route 1 take the exit marked "Lynn Fells Parkway Melrose/Stoneham" in Saugus, MA. Go approximately 1 mile, through one set of lights. We are approximately ½ mile after the lights on the right-hand side, immediately after a short stretch of wooded land.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE

Via Route #93 South

Take Exit which says "Melrose-Exit 35". Turn left at the bottom of the ramp, take an immediate right and follow Melrose signs straight through intersection, past the Stone Zoo on the right and then take first left. There should be a Melrose sign at the first left. Go to the bottom of the hill and take a left onto the Lynn Fells Parkway. Follow the Lynn Fells Parkway for approximately 2¼ miles. You will go through 5 sets of lights ( 2 sets of lights, one blinking light at Melrose High School, 2 more sets of light), and we are on the left-hand side of the road, less than a mile beyond the 5th light.

FROM: BOSTON VIA ROUTE #1 NORTH

Take Southeast Expressway (Route 93 North) and look for the exit to get onto the Tobin Bridge (Route 1 North). Specifically, as the Southeast Expressway (Route 93 North) takes a 90 degrees left turn just past the Fleet Center, you should be in the left lane. Take the first exit (from the left lane) approximately ¼ mile after Route 93 North turns left. Travel over the Tobin Bridge on Route 1 North for several miles. You will come to the Kowloon Chinese Restaurant on the Northbound side of Route 1, then the Hilltop Steakhouse on the Southbound side.

Just past these two landmarks is the exit, and the exit is marked "Lynn Fells Parkway, Melrose".

Take the Lynn Fells Parkway Exit and turn left at the end of the exit onto the Lynn Fells Parkway. Go approximately one mile, through one set of lights. We are approximately mile after the lights on the right-hand side, immediately after a short stretch of wooded land.

FROM: BOSTON VIA ROUTE #93 NORTH

Take Route 93 North to "Exit 33"--"Fellsway West-Winchester" sign and exit ramp.

Then

Run parallel with Route 93 for ¼ mile to blinking yellow light, turn right onto Elm Street, go to very end (approximately ¾ mile) and turn left around rotary. Go past Boston Regional Medical Center on right and take second right after hospital (do not count huge hospital driveway as a right turn). Go to bottom of hill and turn left onto the Lynn Fells Parkway. Follow the Lynn Fells Parkway for approximately 2¼ miles. You will go through 5 sets of lights (2 sets of lights, one blinking light at Melrose High School, 2 more sets of light), and we are on the left-hand side of the road, less than a mile beyond the 5th light.

The first ten years were as an underwriter and New England Underwriting Manager for Markel Service of Richmond, VA, a company specializing in the underwriting and risk management of substantial national Commercial Lines accounts. John has been an Independent Insurance Agent for the past twenty-seven years. His background as an underwriter, underwriting manager and Independent Agent has enabled him to handle many national accounts, public companies and international accounts. Markhard, CPCU Bill is a 1973 graduate of Lowell Tech, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Bill attained the CPCU designation in 1981 and became licensed as an Insurance Advisor in 1984. He has over thirty-one years experience in the insurance industry as an Independent Insurance Agent. As a student of insurance, Bill has a thorough grasp of every facet of the industry. Personal Insurance Services: Constance McLaughlin Connie has twenty-five years experience in the insurance business. In September 1999, the McLaughlin Agency moved its entire staff to a temporary location so that we could tear down our 40-year-old, 2,200 sq.ft. building and replace it with a new 6,200 sq. ft. building. In order to maintain the integrity of the residential neighborhood, we constructed our new building to look like a home. We thought it would be a neat idea to carry that theme inside the building. Melrose is one of the oldest communities in the country and, for the past five years, is enjoying a victorian home renovation renaissance. In this spirit we have decorated our office with turn-of-the-century furniture and furnishings and combined these with state-of-the-art business and technology systems.
